How to Whiten Your Teeth From Home
“Having noticed that I was creating two noticeable stains on my upper front tooth from coffee, I was concerned about yet another dental bill. I cannot afford to buy commercial teeth whiteners, what shall I do?” Cathy from San Antonio.
Lots of people struggle with yellow or stained teeth. Unfortunately, no matter how stunning or rich you are no snow white teeth grow in your mouth. When you see celebrities with their sparkling white teeth, they got it through a cosmetic dentist. Everyone wants to have a whiter smile, there’s actually ways to get rid of those teeth stains, whiten your teeth, and keep your teeth white for years to come without paying all that money and leaving your home.
What you need to get that smile:
- First, in a small container, put two teaspoons of baking soda.
- 3 teaspoons of hydrogen peroxide
- For flavor, a small amount of toothpaste or drop of mint.
Mix together in a paste and brush.
How often to use this method?
- This treatment can be done weekly, monthly, or whenever you want extra bright teeth!
- Do not use this mixture more than once per week. Like toothpaste it can cause damage to your enamel if used too often.
To top this off you can brush and floss regularly to reduce or prevent stains. You can also do some oil pulling using about 2 teaspoons of sesame oil, olive oil or any oil you feel comfortable with and swish around in your mouth for 20 minutes two times a day.
Have a beautiful Smile!
