• Combiflam contains Ibuprofen which can cause serious damage to the liver so dosage should be limited.
• Combiflam cause dizziness and in some case people feel giddy and have vomiting tendency.
• In case of pregnancy Combiflam should be avoided all together as it contains Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as Ibuprofen which can provoke miscarriage or because extreme labor pain later on during delivery.
Combiflam is commonly used over the counter (OTC) pain relief tablet which contains a combination of Ibuprofen and Paracetamol. Combiflam is used widely in most of the Indian homes mostly for headache, body pain, stiff back, joint pain and other common external pain. Though Combiflam tablets are extremely popular overdose of the medicine can cause serious damages to the liver.

· Excessive use of Combiflam tablets might interfere with the normal kidney function and can result in permanent Kidney damages.
· In some case Combiflam also causes inflammation around the stomach.
· People with gastric problems, acidity or ulcers should avoid taking Combiflam tablet all together as it an anti-inflammatory tablet and it might just intensify the problem all together.
Dosage
Combiflam shouldn’t be given to children below the age of 14 years and in adults shouldn’t take more than two tablets in a day that too at an interval of 8-10 hours. Combiflam also shouldn’t be taken on empty stomach.

Thanks for this warning. I find anti-inflamatories very bad for my stomach and have had to stop using them.

i just wnted to know that y hb level goes down wen pt taking combiflame?wen it stops hb level comes to normal.

i have taken 6 tablets of combiflam in the afternoon time and later in the night around 9:30pm i took 7tablets….
