They say, medicate your self before you get cold sick when the spring is coming and gets you unprepared, and you spend few days with your head spinning around and you wander if you got a cold or a flu. Then the doctor gives you a prescription and you know for sure that you got it good. A easy way to avoid all of this is to naturally feed your body with lots of vitamins. When I say lot’s I mean a lot of them – you don’t pass a lunch without tow or three apples, a orange and maybe a banana. f you like kiwi and the coconuts you can also make a full fruit salad and make it a lunch for you, or f it’s to small only the desert.
