Make a small dark point on a paper and hold it up in line with your nose, at an arm’s length. Focus on the point and slowly bring the paper towards your nose, stopping about 5″ away. If the point start blurring, stop and refocus. Then take the paper back slowly. Do this 5 to 8 times and then look at a distant object (10-12 feet away) for 10 seconds.
