Journey of an Rbc
A story of a blood cell going throughout the double circulatory system.
P.S.This story is written knowing that the RBCs have no nuclei and cannot have thought or said this, it was merely written to add to the entertainment.
As I zoom back to the heart once again I begin to think how lovely the sides of the superior vena cava look this cycle and know the human has been eating properly and the WBCs doing their work. When I reach the heart and circle round the right atrium I am squeezed into the right ventricle and sent up the ol’ pulmonary artery I wondered which lung I would be sent to this time, my question was answered when I went up the right branch of the artery. After I was oxygenated I went down the pulmonary vein and into the left atrium where I pass directly to the left ventricle and zoom of to oxygenate the body.
At last I return to the lower Vena Cava one cycle already! How time flies!
