Men Can Live Longer Better Lives
Men can live longer better lives with the right life style and better health care.
It is possible that men can live longer better lives. There is a good reason why women live longer than men. They take better care of themselves. If a woman has a problem, she is more likely to see a doctor. Over cautious behavior can be a life saver. On the other hand, men are more likely to ignore obvious signs and put off seeing a doctor. It’s this manly view point that causes men to die sooner. There are very important rules to follow that will give men a longer better life. The closer attention men pay to their health, the better health and longer lives they will experience

The first rule is a no brainer. Stop smoking. Why would you continue a nasty habit that you know will cut your life short? Or spend your time around anyone else who does? Cigarette smoke contains carbon monoxide as well as radioactive particles. The main way smoking kills is heart disease, lung disease or cancer, the three main killers of men.
Eat less fat. Fat clogs arteries and causes heart attacks and strokes. It can keep men from getting erections. Had you rather eat fat and die early or have good erections, better sex and live longer? Foods high in saturated fat are the worst offenders.

Stick with carbohydrates, which are better sources of fuel. Have 6 to 11 servings of high carbohydrates grains as well as 3 to 5 servings of vegetables and 2 to 4 servings of fruit. Have no more than 30% of calories from fat. Remember what a serving size is. A serving size is usually 1 slice of bread, 1 cup milk,1 die size of cheese, pack of cards size of meat, or from 1/4 to 1/2 cup fruit or vegetable.
Choose a good doctor. Most men take more time to find a mechanic to maintain their car than a doctor to maintain their body. A man seems to think going to a doctor is a sign of weakness. Many men have a strong impulse to avoid a doctor at all costs. Instead, think of your doctor as your life coach, taking you through the game of life.
Exercise, 30 minutes of exercise three days a week can keep your heart and lungs healthy, prevent injuries, improve your circulation, and increase your stamina. Walking, swimming, and cycling are especially good.
Know your body. Your body will alert you to problems. Headaches, fever, vomiting, your body will let you know when something is wrong. check yourself for any lumps, moles, or anything that seems unusual. Testicular cancer is a significant killer of men. Look at your family history. If your father and grandfather had heart disease, it’s something you will have to watch out for.
Take some time for yourself. Take some time every day to remove yourself from your hectic life. Find a quiet place to be by yourself to reflect and charge your mental batteries.
Get the rest you need. Don’t skimp on sleep. Studies show that most men don’t get a full nights sleep. Shoot for 8 or 9 hours of sleep every night to be ready for the coming day.
Have a good laugh every day. Respiration and circulation are both generated by the act of laughter. The blood is oxygenated which helps us think more clearly and chemicals in the brain are stimulated that suppress stress. Laughter is good. Keep a sense of humor.
Drink plenty of water. Water is the oil that lubricates the mind and body. It helps regulate temperature, protects joints, wards off certain cancer and keeps our sexual equipment functioning and up to par. Drink at least 8, 8 oz.cups a day.

It’s noteworthy how much simple basic care and healthcare can multiply the years you add on to your life and I don’t see why anyone can’t live longer by doing all of these things too, if they have the right kind of hygeine. Really good stuff here!
