An introduction to baldness and ways to assist hair growth. Plus a special tips for graying hair.
Do you know that baldness and hair loss is not due to dead hair follicles?
Hair has growing and rest period. For a normal person, the hair growing period can span between 6-9 months and rest period will span for few weeks. For a person who is balding, the rest period will be longer say few months to years (for permanent balding).
For those who loves to snack at night. Well, I have 2 bad news for you.
One, you will gain weight very easily this way. Two, you are hindering hair growth!
For those who want to prevent baldness and improve hair growth, please take note of this:
Taking night snack is a no-no. As hair growing is the most active between 9pm-10pm evening, taking snack and food during this period will definitely prevent your hair from growing the most. Since blood will be used for digesting the food, less blood will flow to the head area thus hair growing activity will be hindered.
So avoid taking night snack particularly between 9pm-10pm evening.
There are 2 super foods that will aid hair growth. They are seaweed and kelp. That’s why you don’t see many balding in Japanese and Koreans! Avoid alcohol and cigarette at all cause.
Additional tips:
Fact #1: The hairier you are, the more prone you are to baldness. Men with body hair are more likely to have baldness issue. This is due to DHT hormone.
Fact #2: Plucking white/gray hair will NOT make a black hair grow. White hair will still grow. This is something many people are skeptical about. It’s a proven fact! So peeps please don’t pluck them. Instead snip the gray hair off with a scissors.
