Anxiety and Depression

Learn that depression is just a phase and you will break out of it soon enough.

Sometimes anxiety and depression are too closely related for us to tear them apart. Psychologists are not very sure yet what really cause depression. It could be as trivial as the pollen in the air we breathe or as the food we eat. More and more people are openly admitting that they have been out of sorts or feeling low. Well you are not alone.

Something must have mbeen in the air. This has not been identified or isolated yet. We see evidently how the traffic is being handled; motorist and pedestrians do not obey traffic signs and garbage is starting to build up.

If we were to go back to our theology teacher, he would probably tell us take care of our roots, lavish it with prayers, practice the virtues and stay close to the Creator. To become a better person, just use the hallow time and the empty space. Who knows that all you need is to get away from the person you have always known yourself. Find out a new you, a mature one, helpful and useful.
