Ways To Prevent An Anxiety Attack
Deep Breathing Technique: When you feel an anxiety attack coming on, try to relax and take a deep breath. Hold your breath for two seconds and then let it out slowly. Repeat the deep breathing technique until the anxiety attack has passed.
Eating Healthy Foods: Eat regular meals daily that consists of protein (lean meats) and complex carbs (vegetables). Healthy food helps to prevents your blood sugar levels from plummeting too low, which can cause anxious and tense feelings.
Regular Exercise Routine: Exercising daily helps to stimulate your nervous system and boosts the release of mood-enhancing endorphins. Regular exercise also helps you feel less anxious by taking your mind off your worries for a while.
