- Day to day planning: No matter what the goal may be especially those set by other people, it is vital that you understand what you can achieve. All these goes a long way in reducing the stress and seeing to the completion of the project at hand. This in itself is a form of satisfaction to you. Very necessary to accept that yesterday is gone, now unrepeatable nor improvable. As for tomorrow, what you do now will mould how it looks, so concentrate on today.
- Accept the way you are: One of the best way to manage stress is to understand yourself. Know what you can do, to what extent you can do it at a given time. It is also imperative to know that you are not perfect-no one is. Even those you consider as the great, when you study them carefully you discover they got their weaknesses. The best thing to do is to focus on what you can do excellently then success is yours.
- Put up with others: I will say the easiest way to be stressed out is your supposed understanding of people behaviour around you. You should be able to look at things (events, behaviour, or spoken words) from two angles, by so doing you maintain a balance. You must listen to the spoken words and use your eyes to see the body movement that follows. It is paramount that you know that everyone have a different approach to life.
- Have enough time to relax: This is very important and it could be in the form of: listening to music, gardening or taking a walk in the countryside. It is important that there were enough short breaks in your working day. These will give room to adequate relaxation. By so doing, you are reducing or removing the stress build up in your body. It is important to stop whatever you were doing when feeling stressed. At this point, taking a deep breaths, looking out of the window or even walking around for some time before returning to what you were doing will be of outmost assistance.

All these foods help in reducing accumulation of stress in the body. If possible eat only white meat and dairy product for protein. Try as much as possible to avoid red meat, salt, sugar, white flour, fats, and unhealthy foods. Frequent exercise support the heart condition, lowering the cholesterol and blood pressure level, making you feel stress free.
- Adequate sleep is necessary: It is of high essential that you have enough sleep if you were to give your optimum ability. This allows most of the body system (heart, brain, eyes,) to work effectively. When you were sleeping, they were also relaxing. When you are active again, they now have a refreshed energy to keep up to the challenges. According to research, those people who had little or no sleep do often complain of headache, chest pain, tiredness and were all easily stressed.
- Effective time management: If you were to turn stress to your advantage, then one of the key factors to look into is excellent time management. The best way to do this is to prioritise your task of the day in order of importance. Make a list of all what you are to do for the day. If possible allocate time to each of them based on your discretion. This will prevent you from charting doing nothing well the time goes or working without intermittent break. Your inability to manage stress properly could lead to self-inflicted stress. Advisable to do the most important task when very fresh. It should be an issue of one task after another. Better not to worry over a decision made as this could lead to stress. Any unfinished task should be on top of the list for the next day job.
