Complete Wellness
I found combining the mind, body and spirit pros my existence has made available to me, I can conquer much of the cons. The ego is blissful but also restricting if just nurtured exclusively. The spirit and passionate soul of a human being must also be. As I have said before, “two halves of semi-normal people do not make for a solid relationship, but two complete persons living the ‘all’ of life, make for a complete circle”.
Complete Wellness to me is a balance between mind, body and spirit. Each is considered an aspect of the human psyche and these are working in unison with a ‘cosmic’ flow. This relationship gets the ego motivated towards reaching a certain goal the spirit has already established.
This goal is common but nevertheless equally difficult to reach when one is in love with their ego. I find it is so important to put my ego first in much of the situations I encounter. To not make it part of the rest of my time on Mother Earth, I sense a feeling of being cheated out of an alternative opportunity.
I dislike the word ‘sell-out’ and conforming is a disease society renders us on a silver platter, with conditions. I realize I need ‘perseverance’ in this recipe for successful fruition of becoming ‘Whole’. This step-by-step process must require [re]-evaluation of my current worldview; from what can I extract that will truly benefit my determination to seeing things through.
When I was not whole within myself to make anything solid, nothing became so. I realize do not seek completeness from others, make it by yourself first before landing yourself in a team commitment to one life partner that appreciates both whole people completing a circle, not each other. It is one heck of a self-discovery tool !

Your thoughtful encouragement and continuous (not random thank goddess) acts of kindness prove I have genuinely picked the correct road to walk on . . . for it is you and many good sound intelligent other beings who paved the way.
Love ya for the hard work and patience you have nurtured in yourself while putting up with me and trying over and over again to reinforce within me, the same qualities . . . thank you !
