Depressed, Stressed, or Uneasy? An Amazing Method to Lighten Your Day

An excellent ways to make you inertly calm and relaxed all day and night.

Here’s a thousand year old method to help you cheer up and stay calm all day and night. It was made by a Chinese emperor thousands of years ago. There is something called vitality found in very few foods these days and all of nature. It is an invisible yet all the more present light that comes from chlorophyll. And experts and scientist agree that this light called “Vitality” is beneficial for any persons health and well being. Up until recently all human beings were spending their time outdoors. Receiving plenty Vitality from their food and surroundings. Thus there was much less depression, unhappiness, and all over stress, nowadays we are all cooped up inside and not getting what we are intended to get from nature and certain foods. So to do this and make you calm beyond reason and and have some legit peacefulness (something we all lack these days) do this:

Firstly. Vitality is found in certain food such as spinach and other dark green leafy vegetables. So eating some of this slowly (put it on anything you like!!) and calmly before going helps. Go anywhere with nature, grass and sunlight. Even in your back yard if your not in an urban area, maybe in the woods or by a stream, Dress properly for the temperature. If it is a comfortable temperature, take off your shoes and socks and stand in the grass facing the sun. Close your eyes, imagine you literally absorbing the sunlight through your body, imagine your fore head breathing in the sunlight. Just absorbing it right onto your mind and body and coursing through your veins. Now open your mouth and take in a nice gulp of fresh, sunlit air. Feel it as it goes through your body, charging every cell and with Vitality, giving you an inner peace and calmness. Now ex hale the now empty air back out and re-in hale more Vital air. Do this a few times if you want.  It may be suitable to not do this in public if you would be self conscious but even sitting down in a park bench and pretending to yawn a few times while inhaling the some sunlight rich air would do.

After you’ve done this easy process you will guaranteed feel more calm and peaceful than ever before.
