People often get depressed in today’s world due to various reasons. Being depressed does not feel good, as you lose motivation to live a normal life. I have been depressed in my life at times. Here are some of my advices:
- When you are depressed, do not do something that will make you more depressed. Do not watch movies that are likely to make you more depressed. Do not listen to depressive songs either.
- Do not think negatively of yourself. If you do that, you are only harming yourself.
- Try to look for solutions every time you get an opportunity. Do not try to look for multiple advices from multiple people, as you can get confused.
- Read articles related to depression. Search in Google, how you can reduce your depression.
These are some of the advices I can give you.
