Depression: The Major Problem with the Busy Life

Depression is one of the enemy of our progress.

In our journey of life, we had faced a depression. We also know how to come out from the situation and solve it. But sometimes putting your all efforts you cannot able to solve the problem. Then you fall down in difficult position where you cannot think positively.

   Depression is always followed by negative thought and your emotion. As per recent study, it occurs by failure of getting positive thoughts. Depressed people and non-depressed people had same capacity to understand or learn negative thought as well as positive thoughts. But depressed people could not success to get positive thoughts. They ware little far from the positive thought than non-depressed people.

  People believe that depressed people got negative lessons of life, but it is not true. Particular situation lead them to catch depression due to negative environment around them. After that they went deeper and deeper.

   After all the depression is nothing more than chemical process of the brain. Depressed people have fewer amounts of the receptors which are responsible for feeling good in the brain. But that is not part of our discussion. The depression is more susceptible to teenager. It can be for life long. But it can be recoverable and lasting a very short time. There are lot of the things can make teenager depressed. But in most of the case depression will be short lived and majority of the child won’t go further. Few of them get depression for life long

  IT is very difficult to identify the cause of depression in a child they do not show up their inner desire to parents. They often depressed because of bad things happens to them and they don’t know how to deal with the situation.

   Major reason of the depression found by the science is stress. To avoid stress may become one of the remedy of depression.

  4. There are many tips that work to come out of depression. When ever you go into depression, just take up a walk to a place where you really enjoy the nature. May be to a park where there is plenty of greenery and lot of fresh air. Take a deep breath and hold for few seconds and release it slowly. Try to do this for 10-15 times. Doing this will relax all your nerves. Now try to remember those moments when you were most happy and this will further relax you. You may also tune to a comedy shows in your TV or read books which has good jokes. This really works.
