How to fight depression without medicine.

Have you ever felt depressed? Maybe it’s ongoing but if you do a few things, than you can feel a lot better. Try taking vitamins and eat breakfast in the morning. Also start working out at a gym or work out at home doing push-ups and sit-ups and walking or jogging. Also keep track of your progress by writing down your goals and try to achieve them within 3 months. Start by making little goals, No matter how small or stupid they sound. Take pictures of your body before you hit the gym or work out. Take a picture of yourself every 4-6 weeks that way you can see your progress. Also, stop talking to people who are negative or if you are real good friends with a very negative person or people, stop talking to them for 6 weeks. You are who you hang out with, at least that is the case most of the time.
