Five Ways to Help Ease Depression
Five ways to help ease depression.
- Write poetry, I am 14 and male and I thought this was weird and kind of gay at first, but it did help ease the pain…Write about how you feel and you can keep it, throw it away [get rid of it], or share it with someone you CAN trust.
- Take a nice warm quiet bath. The warm bath helps relax and loosen your muscles…It may help to add bubbles, oils, etc.
- Fight it..Simply fight it, sounds hard but after awhile you might get over it.
- Meditate this can be helpful. You relax your mind and you might feel more peaceful and happy… Get more sleep to….
- Talk about it… find someone trustworthy i have had many friends talk to me about their problems and they seemed much happier afterwards…a parent…friend…or a school guidance counselor can help too well anyone that you trust

I agree that sharing the problem with someone you trust or seeing a counselor is a great idea.Don’t let depression get over you, it’s just not worth it.
Good advice overall
