Five Ways to Help Ease Depression

Five ways to help ease depression.

  1. Write poetry, I am 14 and male and I thought this was weird and kind of gay at first, but it did help ease the pain…Write about how you feel and you can keep it, throw it away [get rid of it], or share it with someone you CAN trust.
  2. Take a nice warm quiet bath. The warm bath helps relax and loosen your muscles…It may help to add bubbles, oils, etc.
  3. Fight it..Simply fight it, sounds hard but after awhile you might get over it.
  4. Meditate this can be helpful. You relax your mind and you might feel more peaceful and happy… Get more sleep to….
  5. Talk about it… find someone trustworthy i have had many friends talk to me about their problems and they seemed much happier afterwards…a parent…friend…or a school guidance counselor can help too well anyone that you trust ;)

  1. I agree that sharing the problem with someone you trust or seeing a counselor is a great idea.Don’t let depression get over you, it’s just not worth it.
