Apan Vayu Mudra

Description: Fold your forefinger down to touch the mound of your thumb. The forefinger, ring finger and thumb should all touch each other on bring them to the tip of the thumb. The pinky finger should remain erect. Use both hands for the Apan Vaya Mudra

Benefits: purification of the entire body, heart strengthening, lower blood pressure, self-confidence, vomiting, menstrual issues

 

Gyan Mudra

Description: your index finger and thumb should be brought together while all of the other fingers of the hand remain upright.

Benefits: mental peace, depression, mental issues, insomnia, drowsiness, development of telepathic abilities as well as clairvoyance, develops extra sensory abilities, stress reliever

 

Rudra Mudra

Description: use both hands. Pinky, ring finger and thumb should be brought together and ring finger and forefinger should be held erect. Fingers should be comfortable and not stressed

Prithi Mudra

Description: use both hands ring finger and thumbs are brought together at the tips. The pinky, forefinger and pointer finger should all remain extended. Keep fingers as straight as you can

Benefits: inner stability and self-assurance, settles the stomach, increase energy, healthy skin, liver stability

Varuna Mudra

Description: bend pinky down and place thumb on second joint of the pinky finger. All other fingers are straight as possible
