Some people afraid to be aging. But make your body healthy will decrease the fear.
As a young individual, we don’t assume about the later years in our life since aging for most of us are not something we are looking forward to. However, we have to remember that, from the date we are all born, we age day by day. The aging process is going everyday and every second. Healthy aging is defined as a process which does not involve disabilities and illness. Someone who stays active throughout their life can decrease aging symptoms, like wrinkles and crowfeet. To leave this world of old age is healthy living. We can all appreciate the term, aging gracefully. By taking care of our environment of where we live, can lead us to healthy and delighted years to come. People always said that home is where the heart is, and our home should be a place of sanctuary. Improving our life could easily start in the home, for example, put green plants in our home, let go of the things that do not use or need in the home and allow as much sunlight as possible to flow through our home. Having an optimistic attitude also will give us a jumpstarted to a healthier life. We can increase inspiration by simply telling ourselves “I can do it.” No matter what we put our mind, we can do it if we want to. We have to be in control of our thoughts, actions and behaviors by building our power of the mind. To stay positive we have to confess our feelings and express them. There is nothing wrong with showing emotions but stay in control. People are often unaware of what stress can do to their body and mind so reducing stress also one of the key to have a healthier and happy life. We need to take action if we live with unhealthy stress because stress will give us headaches and make us feel miserable. If we allow stress to control us, it will effect our emotions, thoughts, behaviors, actions, body functions and so on. Still, we can reduce stress by minimizing bad habits and visit a counselor, friends or family member that will guide us. We all need to make our life simple because keeping it simple will help reduce stress. Start working now to take care of ourselves as we age. The extra effort we put into aging healthy, the extra we will see good outcome. If we are happy, we will have a healthier life.
