How Do You Relax?

Some tips on ways you can relax.

How do you relax? What are the triggers that you need to look for that indicate that you need to relax more? Do you need complete quiet before you can relax? Or do you need soft music playing in the background?

Tips and technique to help you relax:

  • Take a few minutes to close your eyes and concentrate on breathing properly.

  • Listen to soft music and let your thoughts drift away.

  • Read a book.

  • Play and instrument (Or Learn how to play and instrument)

  • Go for a walk, swim run, if you find these things relaxing.

  • Get together with your friends for coffee.

  • Have a massage.

  • Get a professional facial.

  • Go shopping if that is what relaxes you.

  • Get a manicure or pedicure.

Everyone is different, therefore what relaxes one person will not necessarily relax someone else. Take a note of the things that relax you, so that the next time you need to relax it will be easier to do so.
