Negative stress reduces our energy and puts more burdens to us. As a human being we all need stress to a certain level. But over stress is always dangerous to our health.

Positive Stress:

Positive Stress is one of the needed ingredients to our life. As a human being we set goal, run and achieve success because of this positive stress only. It makes us feel comfortable and competitive with others. Thus our journey towards achievement of success begins.

Advantage of Positive Stress:

Survival of fittest is the need of the today’s world. To survive in this fast, growing and rapidly changing world we need to compete with the rest of the world. It gives a moral boost.

Demerits of Positive Stress:

Too much positive leads to negative. Likewise overwhelming positive stress changes to negative stress and makes human toil in his every endower.

Solution:

Avoiding over excitement and exaggeration is the best solution to keep positive stress in the controllable level.

Negative Stress:

Negative Stress is one which always provides way for many problems. It forces us to live a pressurized life, which is always quite dangerous. If a person continuous to live with negative stress then it will put him in severe and adverse conditions such as Blood Pressure, Heart Attack, and Stroke etc. So application of fruitful solution becomes compulsory.

Solution:

A smile equals a thousand words. When a person feeds up with negative stress he needs to watch jokes and comedies. It makes him more relaxed. Remembering past achievements, success and socializing with friends families also helps to a great extent.

If you are a victim of negative stress try to use the above solution for some time and you yourself will realize the remarkable change in your stress level.
