Mental Health
Listen and observe.
On average in Britain, 1 in 4 people suffer with mental health problems. These problems range from simple phobias all the way up to schizophrenia. depression is the single most problem people suffer from.
Some of the symptons are: tiredness, lack of appetite, feeling closed off from family and friends. This is just some of the symptons that arouse. If you suffer with anytype of mental health issues, dont be embarrised to say i need help. There are alot of support groups out there ready and willing to help, all you got to do is go and see your family doctor. Ask for help and advice and you will get it straight away.
I suffer with two very similar symptons of mental health, my first one is adjustment disorder, I am struggling to come to terms with my recent disability and because of the counselling I have had, I am now starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. My other issue is depression, it has taken me a long time to admit yes I suffer with depression and when I did a big weight had been lifted from my shoulders.
Next time you go and visit your friends or family, if there is four of you there, one of you is carrying the biggest burden, Dont wait for them to come to you, if they are strugling offer them a ear or a shoulder to lean on.
Together we can help, stop the ignorance, and the taboo surrounding mental health, its a real problem which you cannot see from the outside, but someone somewhere right know is suffering in silence. dont let it become a cry for help or an epademic.
