Stress and Frustration- Stress and frustration deals with your mental health. Your brain knows many emotions and feelings. Stress is one feeling you can have. Things that causes stress and frustration is work, problems, and the build up of everyday things you need to do. Stress ruins your health greatly. When you are stressed you are usually lacking oxygen and can not think clearly. Being stressed causes lack of sleep, energy, and you can get angry easily. One example of stress is when you have too much homework and you must stay up all night to finish it.
Brain- The brain deals greatly with mental health. All of your mental health is from your brain. Your thoughts and what you do are controlled by your brain. The brain controls your feelings. If you are sad, angry, happy it is your brain that makes you that way. Anything you think about, your brain processes it. You can think about your relationships with people, your life, school, friends, and many more.
Mental Disorders- Mental disorder is psychological or behavior pattern that brings distress and disability. Some mental disorders are anxiety, phobia, panic disorder, mood disorder, and many others. These things are not normal in a regular person. That is why it is a disorder. These disorders causes you too be more sensitive to the type of anxiety you have. Some of these disorders lead to suicide.

I have often found meditation as a great stress reliever. Now I am told that practicing mudra also reduces stress. I have been practicing mudra for the past several days and find them very useful in relieving stress. I have been associated with Oneness University and have been empowered to give ‘deeksha’ the ancient method of transferring the divine power by touch and as you advance with practice by mere thought. I have recently come across a concept called geopathic stress and a gadget to neutralize the geopatic stress. With help of Lacher antenna I am able to identify the geopathic stress lines and with the gadget (it an energized laminated pad) able to neutralize the geopathic stress. With the neutralization geopathic stress in a building or living place the mental stress of the inhabitants is also reduced.
