Mental Stress can come from your school, your job, your family or your friends. Nevertheless we can say that stress is a form of protection. It can heighten awareness, improve learning ability and work performance. If stress lasts too long, it will harm us, for example, muscle tension, increase the heartbeats and affect our respiratory system. These in turn can lead to stomachache, headache, lowered the irritability, etc. If you cannot manage well our confront the problem, it causes coronary disease, gastric ulcers, high blood pressure, etc.

1. Having an Optimistic Attitude
Be optimistic and positive, and always think of or do something make yourself happy. If you fail to do something, try again!
2. Understanding Yourself
Understanding your own strengths and weaknesses, don’t force yourself to take on tasks that is impossible. Of course if you can handle it, you can try the tasks parts by parts.
3. Maintaining Healthy Habits
No matter in how busy you are, you should have a balanced physical and metal health. For physical one, you should do exercises regularly, for example thrice a week. For metal one, you should have a balanced- diet, no junk food. Last, don’t try to take drugs, smoke or drink alcohol!
4. Taking Part in Recreational Activity
This can increase your social circle, it also helps you relax. Listening to the radio, playing music, walking around or playing sports are good choices, why don’t you try it? Instead I love warm-bathing, because it really help relax all the time.
5. Communication with Others
Human beings are born with a mouth, then you should make good use of your mouth. Other than eating, you should communicate. Communicate can enhance your relationship with others, moreover you will feel relax after you talk with your friends or parents. Furthermore, you can ask them to solve your problems. If they cannot, you should find a social worker to help you as soon as possible!
