Nine Ways to Beat Stress and Stay Happy
Know how to beat stress with nine simple ways.
1. Take deep Breaths – If you have more oxygen in the lungs you will feel more relaxed. Stress causes shallow breathing making hard to relax. Take a walk in the park. Inhale more amount of fresh air.
2. Listen to soft-music – Go to a room. Lock the door. Turn down the lights. Let the room be dark. Listen to some soft-music.
3. Exercise – Do exercise regularly or focus on some sports activity. Exercise will decrease the production of stress hormones . It keeps your mind and body fit.
4. Meditation or yoga – Sit on the floor. Close you eyes for 7 minutes and take deep breaths. Don’t open your eyes for any reason.
5. Call your friend whom you have not spoken for many years.
6. Dance for sometime or do some painting work.
7. Do a lot of swimming . It’s a great technique to beat stress.
8. Laugh as much as you can. Watch some comedy videos that you like.
9. Stop working for the next 100 hours . Spend the next 100 hours in the way you like. Don’t think about anyone.

Nice and informative, I found that now days, the doctors will also give you a CD or DVD to listen to or watch to relax you days before surgery.

Stop working for 100 hours………………I use to believe it impossible, but its great when I do it now.
