Fear is a human reaction that is biologically a protection mechanism for a person on the face of danger. Fear is an emotion that arises when people face a threat that endangers the life or one particular area of ‚Äč‚Äčlife. Fear commonly called the warning signs of life, a warning to stop, look or listen.

Every human being faced with warnings and threats that are very demanding of attention. Fear really slow down and control a large number of psychosomatic emotions. One goal of control is to help one to shy away from danger and overcome it. If someone is overcome with fear, happiness and success we are threatened, people often experience pain in the stomach, palms sweating, heart pounding, too lazy to move, stuttering speech and so forth.

Faced with a daunting situation, the reaction is different, there are people who are not afraid of the dog itself, but there are those who are afraid to just hear her barking. But there are others who are not bothered barking dogs. There are others who really are afraid of lightning, while others do not. Is normal in the face of certain danger and the fear of fear is usually proportional to the large-small danger.

But the reality is that the objective cause of the fear that someone would be forgotten, so the reaction was harder, faster, and then created a panic. Such a great fear that this is not worth the cause. This is pure neurotic reaction. Fear is what we call the “Phobia”. Just by looking at a black cat, and worry someone will die. Yet by looking at the black cat is certainly not going to die unless someone saw a black cat standing in the middle of the railroad.

Understanding Phobia is the fear of neurotic showed no emotional reaction is proportional to the stimulus. In other words the cause ketakutakan not objective and not worth the risk when faced with danger or stimulus. So, do not be mistaken if you are afraid of the tiger a tiger does not mean your phobia. Yours respectfully
