Stress is a huge issue in the world at the moment. More work days are lost to stress than any other illness, and one in six in the USA claim that they are suffering from stress. With this being the case, it seems almost unbelievable that there is such a lack of education about it in modern literature. If you’re reading this, then chances are you’re suffering from stress. - You have to spend time relaxing. It helps to find activities that you enjoy, such as cycling or watching films. It has been proven that regular exercising can help to reduce stress levels, so this is something that you should think about in the long term in order to both prevent stress from occurring, and to reduce or remove existing stress.
- Tackle stress head on. If your job is unrewarding, or you feel that your manager is being harsh on you, don’t just let it lie. It will be causing you stress, and this means that it is not going to go away until you do something to rectify the situation.
