Stress Can Destroy All That You Love

Stress can come from many aspects of a person’s life, death, lifestyle, family, job, and financial responsibilities. I am sure there are many other factors that can cause stress. Family stress can involve anything from your child getting sick or injured to you and a family member arguing about sensitive subjects like religion or politics.

Stress can come from many aspects of a person’s life, death, lifestyle, family, job, and financial responsibilities. I am sure there are many other factors that can cause stress. Family stress can involve anything from your child getting sick or injured to you and a family member arguing about sensitive subjects like religion or politics. The stress that comes with dealing with the death of a family member can cause families to either draw closer together or tear a family apart. Lifestyle stress is what we put on ourselves just trying to keep up with the Jones and living beyond our needs. Financial stress goes hand and hand with the type lifestyle you and your family have become a custom to. Job stress has all these factors combined because to have anything in life you need a good paying job with good health benefits and a retirement plan. Stress can become a serious health problem causing high blood pressure, anxiety, lower immunity, and speed up aging, heart attack, stroke, and depression. I believe the most stressful time of the year is from October to February. The reason I say that is because these are the holiday months of gift giving, parties and more money and demands being made on a person’s emotions and limits. So the next time you start feeling a little stressed out just stop for a minute and smell the roses. Try counting to ten or just say whatever and let the rough end drag. Say we just agree to disagree; for better or worse, this is the worse you got to love me.  Do whatever it takes to defuse this stressful situation before it blows up into a health problem for you or the ones you love or care for.
