Stress Relief When Working
Cope with those moments when we’ve lost or about to lose the plot. When the stress is more than you can handle with your usual coping methods. Good for business people good for busy mums good for anyone.
In a busy business world it is easy to lose touch with our inner nature which is based solely on happiness. I might have a wonderful job (which I love) but the pressure to be perfect on a full time basis can take its toll. Yet if I can take a moment to go within to reclaim my composure I can gain valuable positive energy which ultimately will enhance my performance.

The first step is to notice the effect of stress before it becomes a problem. Next we need to take action to see ourselves differently and to create some new thoughts which can change the reality we are experiencing.
- Catch yourself in a stress filled moment and be aware you can go somewhere else in your mind to change this consciousness
- Breathe : take a moment to shut your eyes breathe in deeply and let go of the breathe
- How do I feel : identify the emotion
- Where am I feeling it: let energy move to that area of your body and take five deep breathes to release the energy saying silently; letting go on – each out breathe
- Remember I am the one who has created this emotion by reacting to an external stimuli
- Remember that I am in this body and on this earth to learn lessons
- Breathing deeply ask my inner self what it is that I need to learn in this situation
- Listen to the answer which comes to you
- Deep breathe and release any negativity knowing that everything is connected and has a reason for existence
- Create a new thought to help me in this situation
When I decide to be happy no matter what the circumstance forgive in the knowledge that each person I meet in my life is only doing the best they know how, and with the knowledge that happiness is my birthright then my way is clear to become light and easy.
