Third, stress management. One way to reduce stress is to do careful planning and manage your time wisely. Another way is to make time to relax. Perform deep breathing exercises (with a sigh and throw it slowly).

Fourth, muscle relaxation. Muscle tension is often a cause of headache. Compress the muscle tension with warm water or ice according to taste. Wrap ice in a handung before affixed to the body.
