Tomato Fish
Delicious Fish made in rich aroma tomato gravy.
Ingredients-half kilograms fish of your choice, half kilograms tomatoes, dry ingredients as given below, 4 tablespoons oil, freshly chopped coriander leaves, Oil for frying.

Method:- Wash the fish in water to which lemon is added. Sprinkle half teaspoon salt to fish and squeeze juice of half lemon. Keep it aside for half an hour. Wash the fish again and marinate it in half teaspoon of salt, half teaspoon herbs grounded, half teaspoon red chili powder and half teaspoon turmeric and squeeze juice of half lemon. Keep aside for half an hour. Cut the tomatoes and keep them in a pan on slow fire till they get soft. Cool them and churn them. Sieve the pulp. Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the fish for 2-3 minutes. Set aside. In another pan put 4 tablespoon oil and pour tomato puree in it. Mix one-fourth teaspoon turmeric, half teaspoon salt, half teaspoon red chili and half teaspoon herbs. Put fish fish pieces in the gravy. Simmer for 15 minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
