What You Should Do When You Get Stress

People always get stress in whatever things they do. How to curb stress is always in people minds. Maybe this tips can help you.

Stress is one of the emotional and physical strain caused by something which can trigger pain in our head or body. When I am in stress I feel headache, neck pain, stiff on my shoulder, nauseated and a fast heart beat. It is almost impossible to live a life without any stress but the way we handle it will make our life better.

1.  Stop doing things or work for more than 4 hours a day.  You should not sit too long especially when you are using a computer. Your eyes will get tired and this will lead to stress.

2.  Humor is one of the most important aspect in our life. Without humor our life would be dull. Activities as simple as watching a funny movie, or sharing time with a humorous friend can provide a psychological lift and relieve stress. Laughing can release your tension and make you feel much better.

3.  Indulge in your hobby. As for me gardening can be very theraputic as I tend to my plants and flowers in my garden. I love to smell the roses or the herbs. People who pursues gardening for relaxation may not grow prize-winning vegetables, but they can be eaten and it is much healthier.

4.  Try to do yoga or meditation.  It will help you to relax and more focus in what you are doing.  There are a variety of meditation techniques that share a common goal which is to achieve relaxation by clearing the mind of stressful outside disturbance.

5.  Go for a good body massage.  Your body is like a car which need a good maintenance. Do this once a month and you will feel more rejuvenate.There are a number of massage therapy techniques, including Thai massage and Indonesia.
