What we are not aware of the fact is that of the strange leadership call for nurses that they face. This unusual challenging leadership is unique in the modern day medical industry. We all have formulated common leadership exercises among the registered nurses that probably cannot and do not exist in most fields of occupation.
The most recommended and ideal bridge of control (supervisor to subordinate ratio) is nearly 1 is to 15. Most nurses, after promotion and intromission to the world of superintendence, are frequently delivered with excessive control that can lie out from as low as 60 to as high as 100. In addition to this, many nurses are not given a formal challenge training before assigning them their first ever leadership challenge as the chief nurse, director of nurses or supervisor.
