I am glad to tell you I am a Green Tea drinker myself and I can verify that all you have written is true… I have had problems sleeping all my life and have taken a number of sleeping aides… but a warm cup of Green Tea at bed time does the trick every time
and I don’t wake up groggy at all… very informative so people listen and drink up!! Bottoms up cheers!

I always use green tea for illness and recommends it to others. It is good for diarrhea and upset stomach too.
