Good advice especially about oats. Watch out for peanut butter it is fattening and often has lots of additives. Sardines May be good for you but they are disgusting, I couldn’t even think of eating one, but I do eat other fish.

I am not a fan of Peanut Butter, but the others, expecially blue berries, I really love.
I try not to eat fish though, I am concerned about overfishing in the oceans. I love spinach too.. thanks for the good tips on these foods for energy. I need more energy
