Here are some facts about bananas you probably didn’t know before, changing the way you look them forever. I demand change of the popular saying "An apple a day keeps the doctor away"!

Bananas can work wonders on the human body, curing depression to heartburn, here are some examples:

Shrinking Warts: Placing a banana peel, yellow-side-up, on a wart and taping it into place is going to shrink a wart really quickly!

Depression: Bananas contain a certain kind of vitamin known to help you relax, and generally put you in a better mood.

Anemia: High in iron content, helping the regeneration of hemoglobin helps in cases of anemia.

Constipation: Bananas are high in fibers which help restore normal bowel movement.

PMS: Eat bananas instead of taking pills. Bananas contain vitamin B6 regulating the glucose levels which affects your mood.

Hangovers: Make a banana milkshake with honey, the banana and milk will rehydrate you and sooth your esophagus while the honey will regulate low sugar levels.

Brain Power: Rich in potassium, bananas helped students who ate bananas more often to be more alert in their exams.

Blood Pressure: As previously stated, bananas are rich in potassium yet low in sodium, so for those who have high blood pressure, eat a banana!

Morning Sickness: Eat bananas between meals, as it helps keep your sugar levels up and avoid morning sickness.

Strokes: Banana eating as a part of regular diets reduces the risk of dying by stroke by as much as 40% !

Stress: Low potassium is a recipe for stress, therefore the high potassium content in bananas raises body potassium ions lowering stress.

Obesity: Bananas contain fructose, sucrose, and glucose which are three natural sugars, giving you a burst of energy lasting for a 90 minute strenous workout.
