Many people on a diet, but not all of the activities carried out by the diet is the way many people a healthy diet. Many of those who actually become sick because of unhealthy diet. The desire to be slim in a short time to make them perform a variety of ways including with a strict diet is not healthy. As a result, rather than beautiful, but instead acquired the disease. Of course we do not want to like it.

Having an ideal body is everyone’s dream. However, not everyone has a body as expected. In certain circumstances there are people who need hard work to create their ideal body. One way is to do with a natural diet. A good diet must be done by way of a healthy diet, which did not make the body lose important substances needed for metabolism.
A healthy diet, including:

1. Diet without reducing intake of nutrients. Nutrition is important. When we are deprived of nutrition, we will be sick. That is why, despite the diet, we must still consider nutrition into our bodies. That’s why a healthy diet is necessary to apply.

2. Nobody in the world including instant to be slim. That’s why, never dreamed of having an ideal body just by doing a diet for several days, due to be the ideal of all that takes the process. A healthy diet will provide a more permanent and even make us more healthy and beautiful.

3. It is important to eat: vegetables, fruits, and water. A healthy diet will include all three types of foods and beverages that contain needed by the body such as fiber and solvent or laxative into the menu.
