A Miracle Cure
Olive oil has been used for centuries, yet humans are just realizing their magical curing abilities. This article will tell you about their health benefits and why you should use it in everything you cook.
Do you like to cook? Well if the answer is yes then you are on the same boat as me. I love to cook but lately I have started to realize that I am making very unhealthy dishes. For example last night I whipped up a fried chicken dish with French fries. After reading online, I have found that canola oil is really not that good for you . This made me change to a different type of oil know as olive oil. Well as we all know olive oil is extremely healthy for you. There are many types of olive oil but I choose to buy extra virgin olive oil. The reason for this is that extra virgin olive oil is made without any chemicals. DO NOT buy any other type. Well today I am going to convince you on why you should be using olive oil in your cooking.

Helps Lower Blood Cholesterol Levels
Olive oil lowers bad Cholesterol and increases good cholesterol. LDL cholesterol is bad for you and HDL cholesterol are good for you. If you want to lower your cholesterol, you can use olive oil in salad dressings, or frying with it.
Prevent Hair Loss
Well I am not currently losing hair and I hope I never do. Olive oil helps you “Keep your hair on your head”. Always helpful to know before you start dumping chemicals on your head.
Helps You Digestive System
Olive oil helps your stomach stimulate the digestion process when it is empty.

Help Moisturize Skin
Don’t you want to get rid of your disgusting dry skin . I have a lot of this problem so I have resorted to Olive oil. Just rub it on like a cream and you should be good as new in no time.(maybe even better)
Antioxidant
Olive Oil is a great antioxidant. The reason for this is that Olive oil contain vitamin E and this can help your body a lot.
