Activate Energy: Overflowing with Essential B Vitamins and So Much More
Packed with the nutrition found in bananas, apples, blueberries and more, you’ll love this wonderful beverage!

As many of you already know, I’m constantly on the look out for new, interesting affordable, yet highly nutritious food choices. Whether I’m at a local mini mart or my local grocery store, any fresh, inviting, healthy item that graces the shelves perks my interest.
Recently a new healthy 7-eleven type store with a Whole Foods selection popped up about a block away from my home. I drove past it for about 2 months before I finally met a friend for a cup of tea and had about 20 minutes to spare before I had to return to work. I took the time to check out this new store.
It was wonderful. The back wall was stocked with a full array of healthy drink choices and I stood a moment taking it all in. To me this was like, jackpot!
But, as you know many of the healthy vitamin packed drinks can carry a bit of a hefty price tag, so between reading labels for nutrient content, calories and pricing, it took me a little while to make my choice. (Caution: always read the labels because many vitamin drinks boast highly nutritious benefits, misleading you about the fact that they might also offer you anywhere from 100-300 in calories!)
My detour was a success and I’m happy to report that I’ve found another great new beverage to add to my healthy drink choices. While some people prefer simply drinking water, sometimes I must admit I get a sweet tooth and it’s nice to be able to reach for a healthy choice that satisfies my craving and offers me incredible benefits.
The drink I discovered on this trip is called “Activate Energy Lemon Lime”. This wonderful 16 fl. oz. beverage contained only 5 calories, 0 sugars and was overflowing with vitamin content. It was sweet, but not too sweet and according to the label it offers you the equivalent of 8 bananas, 29 apples, 33 cups of blueberries, PLUS goji berry and yerba mate. To me this was like finding a rare, incredible treasure. And, as if it couldn’t get any better, Activate also has a unique “twist”.
According to the labeling “vitamins lose potency sitting in water” thus, this brand keeps “ours separate in the cap for maximum freshness and potency”. In other words, when you twist the cap it releases the vitamins into the beverage at that time offering you the greatest vitamin benefits possible; brilliant, interesting and innovative.
And pricewise, I believe it was pretty fair about $2 if I remember correctly. So, if you happen to find this wonderful drink, I hope you love it as much as I do!
