Disadvantages
Since digested so fast can be burned as energy.
Fairly expensive, but this depends on brand and quaility.
Cheaper brands digest badly and cause stomach discomfort.
If you take too much protein in at once it wont be absorbed as good as it should.
The advantages out weigh the disadvantages the brands i would recommend are,optimum nutrition,bsn and cytosport.They are all affordable and of good quality.If you want a more powerful product i would go with nitro tech hardcore by muscle tech.
