An Apple a Day for Better Health
An apple a day keeps the doctor away, right?
We’ve all heard the saying right? ”An apple a day keeps the doctor away.”
But do you know the real benefit of apples on our health?

Apples are brimming with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. One apple has only approximately 80 calories but five grams of fiber.
How does that help us? Studies show that eating apples regularly reduce your chances of developing cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and cancer. Those antioxidants are also thought to help preserve brain function as we age.
Not too bad for a simple snack, right?

I saw an article about this someplace else and it really is true that an apple a day is good for your health. But who’s going to be disciplined enough to eat one everyday?
