Balance Your Weight …15 days to healthy living.
Hi! Though I must share with you my secret of losing weight in 15 days(5 pounds), and feeling healthier and energetic during the day. Well taking care of my toddler and managing a full time job and home leaves me with very little time for myself. But this diet is easy to manage, because it is a secret to healthy living and not a crash diet…
Early Morning (8 am): Take Aloevera Juice – 15 ml accompanied by 2 tsps of Barley Soaked overnight with a cup of water, also have fresh lime in warm water (without sugar and salt)
Breakfast (9:30 am): A cup of Double Toned Milk & Oats complement it with an apple.
Mid Morning (11:30 am): Green Tea or Buttermilk, followed by either a fruit(pear/peach/orange) or 6 almonds (not roasted or salted).
Lunch (1:30 pm): 1 cup Salad, 1 cup curd/yogurt (no added sugar), a boiled/cooked (in olive oil) vegetable & Oat Bread.
Mid Evening (4 pm): 1 cup double toned milk, 1 fruit or a bowl of sprouts and vegetables (no oil, less salt)
Before Dinner (8 pm): Vegetable Stalk (Boil Spinach, Peas, Carrot, Beans, Tomato, Broccoli with clove, cinnamon, bay leaf, curry leaf. Strain the vegetables and save the stack for before dinner snack.)
Dinner (8:30 pm): Salad, a boiled/cooked (in olive oil) vegetable, Oat Bread
Saturday and Sunday: Brisk Walking/Cycling/Swimming for 45 minutes
