Are you trauma with fat? Are you frightened with it? Do you want to avoid it? Don’t think it negatively as fat isn’t that worse as you thought. Even men’s bodies really need it.
Today fat is considered as overweight factor. It also raises illness. That point of view is not fully right. There are some kinds of fat avoided, but some of them are required by our bodies.
Maintain Body-Shape
Fat is a solid energy source. Too little fat in food consumed makes the body difficult to get enough calorie to meet daily energy and maintain fat supply. This substance is required to produce estrogen and protect bones and kidneys.

Fat helps estrogen building. If fat is drastically decreased, estrogen will be decreased. For women, sexual passion may decrease, fertility decrease, bones becoming weak, and period stop. In the effect, blood cholesterol will increase.

You can also consume fruit and vegetables.

Countries whose the people consume a few number of fish have high depression level. The shortage of LCP omega-3 (or imbalanced between omega-6 and omega-3 fat acids) directs to make changes in the brain to manage serotonin and dophamin hormones in controlling moods. The harder their depressions, the lower omega-3 rate in red blood cell membrane.

People think that free-fat has low calorie, so that it’s good for our health. Low-fat diet means that one-third calorie you should consume everyday resulted from fat. It equals to 20-30 grams per day. You can get the calorie from food containing ‘good’ fat. You may consume chocolate or cheesecake. It’s fun, isn’t it?
