Lots of studies have already proven that eating raw vegetables, nuts, and fruits have plenty of benefits like fresh and smooth skin, natural hair, sparkling eyes,longer life-span and so on.
Most vegetarians have reported wonderful results like disappearance of age spots on the face, tighter teeth and healthy gums. Women who eat raw foods look better even without make-up and most of all they are slim and fit.

I personally tried going into raw foods for 10 days and I lost 14 pounds. The best thing about this diet is you can eat as plenty as you want. This is because raw food does not lose the enzymes needed to digest fats.

Aside from that, raw fats in nuts and seeds contain antioxidants that is known to be anti-cancer and help our nerves, joints and bones to become healthy.
