The antioxidants protect the liver from ill effects of tobacco and alcohol.
Green tea also beneficially curbs high blood pressure by fighting substances that constrict the arteries. The anti oxidants prevent arthritis .Doctors too swear by the medicinal properties of this tea, which helps fight cancer. People suffering from HIV too have been benefited by this natural extract.
Apart from curing diseases, the tea has some beauty remuneration too. People fighting weighty issues like obesity are prescribed green tea as an agent that augments burning of fat cells. Apart from that, it delays ageing process. The anti bacterial properties make it a popular remedy for curbing tooth decay and food poisoning. Apart from that, it also encourages treatment of diarrhea. The amylase present in green tea converts carbohydrates to sugar thus helping decomposition of carbohydrate at a much faster pace.
