Tuna is currently one of the most popular fish in Japan. In 1972 Congress protected the slaughtering of Dolphins and in 1903 shortage of fishes led to the popularity of Tuna which was until then not considered of much value.

- Helps prevent the risk of Cancer.
- Help in controlling the blood pressure.
- Tuna fish is also good for eyesight related problems.
- Tuna is good for heart.
- Tuna also has benefits while facing the problem of Arthritis.
- Tuna is a good source of omega fatty acids, potassium, protein and calcium.
Many fitness trainers around the world recommends Tuna fish to be included in the diet of the clients as they are good source of lean protein and also contains essential fats for our body.
