By eating garlic one can have better health as well as some side effects. Here are some advantages and disadvantages of garlic.

Garlic is most commonly used plant and thing by many people. Garlic is considered not palatable but highly consumable thing. It is native to South-western Asia, Italy, china and North America.

Garlic is often paired with onion, tomato, or ginger. Take your time when you are preparing new meals with garlic. See how you enjoy consuming it best. Due to its pungent flavor, it is used around the world, as seasoning or condiment. The flavor varies in intensity and aroma with cooking methods.

Advantages

There are more health benefits of garlic. Garlic has been used to treat breast cancer, stomach cancer and hypertension. It contains hydrogen sulphide, it can help you to protect from heart disease. The studies have shown that injecting hydrogen sulfide almost completely prevented the damage to heart muscle caused by a heart attack.

Garlic has more sulphur compounds, contains allecin responsible for garlic’s characteristic scent and flavor. It will also prevent from stomach and colon cancer, slow the build-up of artery-clogging plaque, prevent the formation of blood clots, help lower blood pressure, reduce the chances of infection, and improve nasal congestion and sinusitis.

Disadvantages

If you eat large quantity of garlic, it has been caused some diseases like cardiac decompensation, indigestion, nausea, diarrhea, emesis and halitosis. If you consumed large amount, it will affect the person’s mucus, dandruff earwax and even vaginal discharge will also smell like garlic.

There are some side effects that will be caused by garlic are gastrointestinal discomfort, sweating, dizziness, allergic reactions, bleeding, and menstrual irregularities. In particular, topical application of raw garlic to young children is not advisable.

So it is advisable not to consume large quantity of garlic and it is not good for your health. By knowing these things you can avoid some diseases and stay strong and healthy!

  4. heyy hey,, i eat a crashed garlic with honey everyday since 3 months and my health is good , it runs the blood all over the body, anyway im 20 years male, who runs every two days a 5.4KM and i advice everybody to do like me ,,and i don\’t belive in the disadvantage for garlic,
