Chia seeds in hindi are called as SABJA, its easily available on shope who sells spices and kitchen items. Also it is used as a topping on Falooda when you eat a desert called kulfi.

Hi ABC, i’d just like to correct you there if you don’t mind as Sabja is translated to “Basil” seeds in English and they are completely different in nutritional benefits to Chia seeds.
I work for a company that sells Chia seeds across Europe and Asia and know for a fact that they’re hardly available in India. Your best bet for now is to purchase them on-line Nancy.
Great article btw, thanks.
