This article explains about the children’s diet in each stages.
Follow these best practices to keep your child Healthy and Fresh
1Day to 3 Months: Milk (Breastfeeding) if not then cow’s milk is safer
4 Months to 9 Months – Breast Feeding, Seasonal Fresh Juices, Mashed Rice and Banana
10 Months to 15 Months – Breast Milk, Cow’s milk. Mashed rice and banana are mandatory. You can also try mashed potatoes, Whole wheat Bread if the child can chew
Note: For most of the kids Teeth starts growing from this stage. Hence calcium is very much needed. Try to give more and more milk or if any medicine prescribed by the doctor.
16 Months to 15 Years: Milk plus food containing protein like wheat sprouted like mung, Chinese Green Peas, grams, all types of nuts plus seasonal fruits.
