Rather than spending energy on eliminating toxins produced by eating cooked and processed foods, the energy is used instead to feed every cell, sending vitamins, enzymes, fluids and oxygen to make your body the efficient machine it was always intended to be.

Start eating more raw foods and you should soon start to feel the benefits. Your digestion will be better, your body will function more efficiently and your food cravings will cease. This is because your body and brain will no longer be starving for the nutrients they need. A starving brain will trigger the cravings that make you want overeat. The brain and the rest of your body don’t need quantity; what they need is quality.
