Cranberries Anyone?

Cranberries are a great source of vitamin c.

When I was young, I did not know what a healthy lifestyle was. I made the choice to smoke and drink

I took my health for granted hoping that I would not pay for it down the road. About seven years ago, I quit drinking and smoking cold turkey I also went vegetarian at the same time. I took drastic action after I developed asthma, which is the result of smoking. I starting drinking cranberry juice daily; at first I hated the taste but as time goes on you get used to it. You can actually begin to like it. Cranberries are grown in swampy areas of the United States. The growing range is from October to December.

Cranberries are a great source of vitamin c and are used in many useful ways. Can you imagine Thanksgiving with no cranberries? You can use cranberries for so many different things. I also enjoy dried cranberries on salads. If you want to improve your health and lower your risks for cancer, start eating cranberries every day. Ever heard of someone saying I need to drink cranberry juice because I have a job interview tomorrow. Yes, it will clean out your system but it takes more than one day to clean out your system. Cranberries are also very high in anti oxidants, which will help prevent tooth decay and muscular degeneration. I believe that cranberries have boosted my energy level as a result I have lost weight. I would recommend taking small steps anyway; you can to improve your quality of life. Think of the difference to can make in your family’s life just by substituting candy for something that tastes and is good for you.
